Look Good Feel Better is a free national community service program, run by the Cancer Patients Foundation, offering cancer patients of all ages, genders, and cancer types the opportunity to learn practical strategies to manage the physical, psychological and social impacts of cancer treatment.

Look Good Feel Better provides face-to-face and virtual workshops for women, men and teens to help manage the appearance related side-effects of treatment covering skincare techniques, makeup tips and advice on headwear. In addition, we offer a range of virtual wellness workshops covering topics such as healthy eating, meditation, exercise, and yoga.

How your donation will help

For every $100 donated one person going through cancer will be supported by Look Good Feel Better through a combination of our face-to-face workshops, home delivered confidence kits, access to our two virtual workshops and Feel Better Fridays throughout their treatment.

In 2024, Look Good Feel Better will support over 100 people going through cancer in the Canberra Region at a cost of $10,000.
