Community Services #1 provides assistance and care to people across all stages of life. We are proudly a profit-for-purpose community services organisation. We offer a wide range of programs from early childhood education, aged care services, community support groups, senior’s activities, out of hospital care, home care packages and more.

How your donation will help?

If the past couple of years has reinforced anything, it is that people depend on good connections in their community to build a strong sense of belonging and personal wellbeing.  Our Community Support Groups give people who are often lonely, isolated and vulnerable the opportunity to socialise and connect while participating in a group activity.  We want to increase the number of community groups we offer to include a more diverse range to a broader demographic.  In addition to this, we would like to make some upgrades and additions to our Food Pantry.  It has experienced a significant increase in demand that has continued well beyond the Canberra lockdown.
